Our family run business has been live for a couple of years now. We took the decision to move our successful online business into the busy streets of Stoke due to the lack of quality items at an affordable price and very personable service experienced. We want to create a service to be proud aiming to set ourselves apart from the high quantity and low quality superstores.
Our items cover almost all Home & Electrical items you can think of with new stock arriving all the time. We BEAT MOST MAJOR RETAILERS ON PRICE!!

Do you provide International delivery?
Yes International Delivery is possible to certain locations, simply contact us via email, live chat or pop in store to enquire on cost.
How do I return an item?
All of our items are new and of high quality but we understand that sometimes things don't quite go to plan. If unhappy simply return it to the store.
What is your returns policy?
I'm sure your going to be happy but we offer a no hassle 14 day return policy. In order to return an item for refund or exchange it must be complete with all original packaging and in an unsused condition. If returned outside of the 14 day period and/or without a receipt it will not be accepted.
Any refunds are done back to the original metrhod i.e. pay by card it is refunded back to that card.

How do I track my order?
On any items that are needed to be shipped we use MyHermes, this comes with tracking, a copy of this will be provided to you upon order.
How can I contact your couriers?
Please refer to the MyHermes website.
What are your delivery options?
Where possible we always aim to use the above courier service due to speed and quality. However for smaller items we are happy to deliver via royal mail, please just tell us your preferred method.
